Module Visibility
Turn modules on or off for your company. Disabling a module hides it from the sidebar and removes its settings tab. No data is ever deleted — re-enable anytime to restore full access.
Repairs
Repair notes, job tracking, and mechanic assignment. Disabling also hides the Mechanics section from the sidebar.
Inventory
Items, stock levels, reservations, and issues. Disable to hide the entire Inventory section from the sidebar.
Purchase Procurement
PR, PO, Gate Entry, and GRN. Disable to hide procurement from the sidebar — direct purchases via Accounts remain available.
Fleet Management
Vehicles, Drivers, and trip configuration. Disabling hides these from the sidebar. All Operations modules still work with manually entered vehicle numbers.
Tyre Management
Tyre fitment, tracking, and history per vehicle. When disabled, the Tyres nav item is hidden from the sidebar.
Battery Management
Battery fitment, tracking, and history per vehicle. When disabled, the Batteries nav item is hidden from the sidebar.
Company Information
Your company name, GSTIN, and logo. The logo appears on LR prints and other documents.

Trip Document Type
Choose whether trips generate a Lorry Receipt or a Memo. This applies company-wide — it controls which nav item appears (Lorry Receipts or Memos), what gets generated when a trip document is created from an Outward SO, and how that document is numbered and printed.
LR Numbering
Configure how Lorry Receipt numbers are generated. Format:

Procurement Flow
When procurement is enabled, inventory is received via PR → PO → Gate Entry → GRN. The toggle below makes CSQ mandatory before a PO can be raised against a PR.

When enabled, a finalized Comparative Statement of Quotations (CSQ) is mandatory before a Purchase Order can be raised against a PR.

Enable godown management. Godowns appear alongside loading points in from/to dropdowns. Loading points are always available.

Named locations used as origin/destination on manifestos and bookings. Always available regardless of godown setting.

Document Expiry Alerts
VaahanIQ highlights vehicles with expiring documents on the dashboard and vehicle list. Set how far in advance to start showing the warning.
